At an altitude of 2,020 m this former alpine pasture chalet in the heart of the Aiguilles Rouges offers an exceptional panoramic view of the famous Aiguille Verte and Mont Blanc massif.
The route to the refuge is rich in a wide diversity of wildlife and, having arrived, you can relax and enjoy a drink, a meal or spend a comfortable night.
"Accessible in the summer from the villages of Buet and Vallorcine, allow for a hike of approximately 2 hours (total climb of 600 m), along a broad forest path before reaching the alpine pasture and refuge.
You can also reach the refuge from the Swiss border village of Le Chatelard, via Barberine and the Passet Pass (4 hr hike).
Only accessible in the winter from the village of Buet using snowshoes or cross-country skis. Allow for a climb of 2 to 3 hours."

Reduced rate for groups of at least 10 people.
Dogs are allowed on the alpine pasture. They must be kept on a lead at all times.
Dogs are not allowed in the dormitories.
We only accept payment by cheque and cash (euros) at the refuge.
The refuge is accessible by mountain bike.
