Information on Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Information as of July 25th, 2020
The borders between France and our close neighbours Italy and Switzerland are open since 15 June 2020.
Accommodations are open for you and are waiting for you!
Shelters, restaurants, refreshment stands are open!
(with the implementation of a sanitary protocol specific to each establishment).
Each refuge or gîte being unique in its configuration, the sanitary protocol set up by each accommodation will be adapted and efficient.
The sanitary conditions that will be set up by the accommodation providers will be complete and you are already asked to respect them.
According to current French regulations,
A "Hiker's Charter" must be validated and signed when making a reservation. It is available on the site.
Hikers must bring their own sleeping bag, pillowcase, disinfectant and mask.
The capacity of the refuges will be reduced.
Regular disinfection, all barrier gestures, all measures to guarantee the safety of guests and employees will be applied.
We ask you, to keep distance from other groups in the accommodations and also on the hiking trails!
If you think you have to cancel your trip (because of the Covid-19), we offer you a credit note corresponding to the amount of the deposit paid and usable until the end of the year 2021.
If you wish to have your deposit refunded, please contact each of the different establishments concerned individually, but take into account that the tourism industry,
and especially the accommodation industry is in a very difficult economic situation!
We will keep you regularly informed about the evolution of the situation.
Thank you very much for your understanding!
See you soon on the Mont-Blanc trails!
