Located near the arrival station of the Mont Blanc Tramway, the Nid d’Aigle Refuge, built in a semicircular shape, blends particularly well into its surroundings.

Facing Pointe Percée, the highest peak of the Aravis massif, and overlooked by the Aiguilles du Goûter (3,863 m) and Aiguille de Bionnassay (4,052 m), our terrace is an ideal place for contemplation. The impressive Bionnassay Glacier is just a short walk away; early risers may even spot an ibex on its moraine.

Mountaineers descending late from the roof of Europe will always be welcomed.

The dormitories are equipped with duvets and pillows; you only need to bring your own sleeping bag liner.

Toilet facilities are available outside the refuge. There are no showers.

A self-catering room can be made available for guests wishing to cook their own meals; please remember to bring your own cooking equipment.

Our chef can also prepare pasta dishes, omelettes, or charcuterie boards throughout the day.

Visitors are required to take their own waste back down the mountain.

Reservations at the refuges along the normal Mont Blanc route (Nid d’Aigle, Tête Rousse, and Goûter refuges) are subject to specific regulations established by the Prefectural Decree of 31 May 2019 (please make sure to read it). The booking system requires the mandatory registration of all participants' names.

Reservations cannot be accepted after 12:00 noon on the day of arrival.
